  Sarah & Brad are extremely professional with their knowledge of the industry being 10/10. They customise your training schedule and switch it around so it never becomes boring and your goals are always being achieved. As it is boutique training there's never any overcrowding or waiting for your turn, with all the equipment being disinfected in between users (and we know how important this is in current times). They are wonderful people who are super friendly and personable - I highly recommend them and their business for your personal training!

  I never thought I would enjoy training as much as I do at Work Out By Appoint. Is so clean, and the space is great in terms of layout and functionality. I always go out with a smile on my face. It’s my special time thanks to Sarah and Brad and really everyone.

  Workout By Appointment has been life changing for us. My husband and I attend twice a week and have attained our goals of lost of weight and increase in strength. My husband has also used the gym with the help of Sarah and Brad to rehabilitate from two serious operations. The beauty of this gym is the exceptional supervision and the feeling that you are wanted and always welcome. The fact that it is ‘By Appointment’ makes you attend and gives you the consistency that is required in a lifetime programme. It is hard work ( but fun as you work towards goals) and this is important in maintaining health. I could not recommend this gym highly enough

Sarah has been super supportive and her expert guidance has made a difference in achieving my goals of weight loss and improved strength and fitness. Sarah has also provided advice and worked with me on diet intake and this has been really helpful in improving my health and well-being.
